“Working with Mendel was a truly positive and beneficial experience! We dealt with the most fundamental things which were holding me back, and together developed practical strategies to move forward and achieve my goals, highly recommended”.
Working with Mendel as a coach was awesome. Our weekly meetings provided me with an aerial view of my progress towards my goal, which in my case was improving workplace communications.
The thing that makes Mendel stand out is that he goes deep right away and stays deep, but at the same time the work stays very practical.
One example of something I gained was becoming more aware of my self judgment. And I gained that awareness thanks to Mendel’s own gentle and empathetic character. Over a period of several weeks, he guided my work through some helpful exercises that encouraged me to build on my strengths, inspire confidence, and get me closer to my goal. This helped me be way more mentally relaxed in high-stress environments, and communicate effectively (including more active listening!).
I recommend Mendel for anyone that is ready and willing to put in effort, and would benefit from a conscious professional guide with decades of personal growth experience.
I gained a lot working with Mendel. Already in the first session I had clarity of my goal and an outline of what I needed to do. It is clear he has a lot of experience working with people as well as in worldly matters. He tailor made my process to fit my goal and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to work on their goals or any area of self-improvement.
I recommend Mendel Weinberger as a life coach. He is very patient and guiding. He helped keep me accountable towards my goal and got me on the path toward reaching my goal in a short period of time.
I gained from my coaching sessions with Mendel, more self awareness, self discipline, and accountability. I got to places I didn’t think I could. I also became much more mindful and started practicing more mindfulness.
I learned a lot about the benefits of achieving my goal and the consequences of not working toward it.
Mendel helped me stay committed and also be more aware of linguistic pollution (negative speech like saying “I guess” and “I think” as opposed to I know.) Mendel used helpful techniques and practices to help me move forward on the path to reaching my desired goal.
I highly recommend Mendel as a coach.
