Is your marriage struggling and you feel stuck? Can’t find the right words to fix your relationship with your child or parent? Are your negative work relationships having a detrimental effect on your professional success?
Life coaching can help you move forward towards more satisfying relationships with your wife, parents, children, and work colleagues.
The importance of healthy relationships in Judiasm
Judaism’s religious texts overwhelmingly endorse compassion and peace, and the Hebrew Bible contains the well-known commandment to “love thy neighbor as thyself”. In fact, the love of peace and the pursuit of peace is one of the key principles in Jewish law.”
The Talmud states that a man should love his wife as much as he loves himself, and honor her more than he honors himself; indeed, one who honors his wife was said, by the classical rabbis, to be rewarded with wealth.
You are not alone in dealing with difficult relationships

We all struggle at some point in our relationships. You are not alone. It’s the rare couple that doesn’t run into a few bumps in the road. Maybe you are discovering that you have very different values and beliefs.
Family relationships can be challenging. Have you become estranged from your parents because of hurtful words or ignored boundaries? Desperately want to reconcile with your child?
Negative workplace relationships are all too common. Do you feel unable to stand up to your boss’s derogatory language, or reluctant to call out unprofessional behavior among your team? Do you feel that your inability to speak up is holding you back professionally, and you are regularly passed over for promotion?
Stress spills over between work and family relationships and vice versa. By improving relationships at work, you can strengthen relationships at home.
Even though every relationship has its ups and downs, you can learn how to work through the complex issues, and strengthen your relationships. Many do this by going to life coaching.
The reasons people struggle to build healthy relationships
Relationship problems stem from poor communication, whether it be with your spouse, parent, child, or colleague. Poor communication creates frustration, suspicion, and misunderstanding among family members or colleagues. Sometimes we get so caught up with our emotions that we can’t think straight.
There are a number of other reasons why you may be struggling in your relationships. Negative thinking may be holding you back. Maybe you haven’t moved on from mistakes you may have made in the past. Or maybe you were not given healthy relationship models, so you struggle with low confidence or trust issues.
If you keep making the same mistakes or saying the wrong things, you may be feeling angry, confused, or helpless.
